Ownership Statement

OriPOS (including all versions, updates, and derivative works) is exclusively owned and developed by CyberOrion, a technology company registered and operating in Pakistan under the domain cyberorion.pk. OriPOS is distributed through the official platform oripos.cloud.

All intellectual property rights associated with OriPOS — including but not limited to the software code, architecture, AI algorithms, UI/UX designs, branding, logos, license key system, documentation, and marketing content — are the sole and exclusive property of CyberOrion. These rights are protected under the applicable intellectual property and copyright laws of Pakistan and international conventions to which Pakistan is a signatory.

The names "OriPOS" and "CyberOrion", along with their associated logos, are unregistered trademarks of CyberOrion. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or product naming — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The purchase or subscription of an OriPOS license grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software. It does not transfer any intellectual property ownership, copyright, or proprietary rights to the customer. The software remains the property of CyberOrion at all times.

OriPOS may incorporate open-source libraries and third-party components. Such components are used in compliance with their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). CyberOrion claims no ownership over third-party components but asserts full ownership of all original code, integrations, and configurations created for OriPOS.

OriPOS employs hardware ID binding, AES-256 license encryption, and HMAC tamper-detection to protect its intellectual property. Unauthorised copying, cracking, redistribution, or use of the software on unlicensed devices constitutes software piracy and is a criminal offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA) and the Copyright Ordinance 1962 of Pakistan. CyberOrion reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against infringers.

The website oripos.cloud, all its subdomains, the admin panel, customer portal, API endpoints, and database structures are the exclusive property of CyberOrion. Unauthorised scraping, crawling, mirroring, or duplication of the platform is prohibited.
