& Refund Policy

Important Notice

OriPOS is a digital software subscription. Because the software is delivered and activated electronically and the license key is bound to your device immediately upon activation, we follow a limited refund policy as outlined below.

1. Nature of the Product

OriPOS licenses are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a license key has been issued and/or activated, the product has been consumed. There is no physical item to return.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Activation: If you have paid but have not yet activated your license key, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment by contacting us. A full refund will be issued after verification.

After Activation: Once the license key has been bound to a device, the subscription is considered active and in use. Cancellations after activation will stop the subscription from auto-renewing at the next billing cycle but will not result in a refund for the current period.

To cancel auto-renewal, contact us at license@oripos.cloud at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Double Payment: You were charged twice for the same order. We will refund the duplicate payment in full.
  • Non-Delivery: You completed payment but did not receive a license key within the stated delivery time (instant for JazzCash/EasyPaisa; 24 hrs for bank transfer) and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • Critical Software Defect: A verified bug renders the software completely unusable and we are unable to provide a fix within 7 business days.
  • Unauthorised Transaction: You can demonstrate that the payment was made without your authorisation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after activating the license.
  • You purchased the wrong plan and have already activated it (contact us; we may offer a plan upgrade credit).
  • The software does not meet expectations that were not explicitly stated in our features list.
  • Incompatibility with hardware or operating systems not listed in our system requirements.
  • Expiry of the subscription due to non-renewal during the grace period.
  • License revocation due to breach of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., piracy attempts).

5. Return Policy

As OriPOS is a 100% digital product, there is no physical item to return. "Returns" in the context of OriPOS refer to the revocation of the license key on your device. If a refund is approved, your license key will be deactivated immediately.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date with the following information:

  • Full name and registered email address.
  • Order / transaction reference number.
  • Your license key (ORIPOS-XXXX-XXXX).
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Supporting evidence (screenshot of error, duplicate payment proof, etc.).

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer). CyberOrion does not cover any transaction fees charged by payment providers.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authority in Pakistan. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
