Privacy Policy

When you register, purchase, or use OriPOS, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and password (hashed).
• Order & Payment Data: Subscription plan chosen, payment method (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Bank Transfer), and transaction reference numbers. We do not store card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.
• License & Device Data: Hardware ID of the device your license is bound to, license key, activation timestamps, and grace-period status.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, session duration, scroll depth, and click heatmap data collected through our built-in analytics.
• Communication Data: Messages sent via our Contact form or support email.

We use collected information to:

• Issue, activate, renew, and manage your OriPOS license key.
• Process orders and send confirmation emails.
• Provide customer support via email (info@cyberorion.pk) and WhatsApp.
• Send renewal reminders and important service notifications.
• Improve our product through aggregated, anonymised analytics data.
• Detect and prevent piracy, fraud, and unauthorised use of the software.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited cases:

• Payment Processors: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and banking institutions as required to complete your transaction.
• Legal Obligations: When required by Pakistani law, court order, or regulatory authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred subject to the same privacy obligations.

All license keys are encrypted with AES-256 and protected by HMAC tamper-detection. Your account password is stored as a bcrypt hash. We use HTTPS across the entire platform. Despite these measures, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk.

We retain your account and order records for a minimum of 5 years to comply with Pakistani tax and commercial regulations. License event logs are kept for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by contacting us.

OriPOS uses first-party session cookies for authentication and a lightweight built-in analytics system to track page views, session durations, and click heatmaps. No third-party advertising cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work correctly.

OriPOS is a business software product intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately for deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of OriPOS after changes constitutes acceptance.
